Health is Wealth

In a recently released survey report, it's been reported that we are getting a nation of under-achievers. it's due to eating good food and doing no workout . At an equivalent time, we suffer from shocking vitamin and lack . Then our sedentary lifestyle results in obesity. Diseases like diabetes and heart problems became common.

Due to growth within the standard of living, people are eating nutritious food. it's so among the center and upper-middle classes. These classes don't do any physical labour. As a consequence, their eating habits become a explanation for obesity. Other diseases like heart problems, diabetes and high vital sign start troubling them. it's time that awareness for health care reaches these people.

There is an excellent need of this awareness among the youngsters initially . the varsity curriculum should have chapters about healthy food. The Delhi Govt. has banned fried food like samosas, pakoraas, burgers etc, and cold drinks in its schools' canteens. any schools these are banned. The medium should perform such articles on healthy food from time to time. These should spread health consciousness among the necessity Physical exercises or physical training (PT) should be made compulsory schools.

Health is wealth. there's nothing in our life that's more valuable than healthiness . Without health there's no happiness, no peace and no success. an individual with bad health cannot enjoy the pleasure of being wealthy.

Health is more valuable than money. Money cannot buy health and happiness. But a healthy person remains during a state of bliss and happiness.

A healthy person is totally free from any illness or injury. an individual with sound health enjoys a stable health that also includes a healthy mental condition. Our health depends upon several factors, like food, pollution, sleeping habits, mental condition, air, water and sunlight.

Morning walks and Physical exercises are very helpful for the fitness of our mind and body. we should always take proper care of our health in order that we will enjoy our life completely.
